A dreadful experience
A dreadful experience. I was not told about the $1000 bond until I picked up the car and the car had pre-existing damage that they didn't bother to disclose. And when I returned it, I was told the car was fine and I would receive all of my bond back, however the following morning, a lady called me and left a message saying it had a flat tyre and I would have to pay for a replacement. Very poor, dishonest service and a tendency to blame the customer for faults well after a car has been returned, meaning the customer is unable to refute their claims. These guys are unethical and shonky. They are advertised as cheaper than their competitors, but are actually far more expensive; they use cunning, underhanded ways of charging extra and they do so in ways the customer is unable to refute. Avoid at all costs.
