Took money from me when I needed it most on maternity pay
Nuffield Stoke took a months fee off me with no warning 5 months after I emailed 3 times to cancel the gym and even rang up. I rang the lady and she said to email, I emailed 3 times and have sent Nuffield the evidence to show this as they tried to say I sent it to the wrong email but when they saw the email they said it was the correct one. This was in November so I had nothing took off me and assumed right I’m cancelled then in April 5 months later they take a months membership from me! No email, no nothing so it was completely out the blue for me and the reason I quit the gym is because I had a baby and was on maternity pay so had to budget each month to keep me going and I told this to the staff member and they weren’t bothered at all. This is a big company that surely wouldn’t miss 40 something pounds but me on a budget with a baby that was a lot to me. I was going back and forth and no one was bothered at all. Even now I never had a reply back. Will never go this gym again!! Absolutely gutted and outraged with the terrible service and communication.
