Refund Not Processed Over a Year! - Still Pending

Hi Lyca Team, Reference: 103177414 Email Communication ticket id: 106374396 It's been a year since my refund was approved, and I'm still waiting for it. I've consistently followed up with your team via numerous calls and emails. But NO LUCK!!! Firstly, I want to reiterate with absolute clarity that I have yet to receive the physical mobile SIM card that was intended for activation and subsequent use. This non-delivery has prevented me from utilizing the services I anticipated. Secondly, regarding the refund that should have been initiated, I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency and progress. As I have explicitly mentioned previously, if your internal backend team is unable to locate any record of the refund details, the logical conclusion is that the refund process has not yet been initiated on your end. Furthermore, I have proactively engaged with my bank, Chase, on multiple occasions to ascertain whether any refund amount has been credited to my account. After thorough investigation of my transaction history, Chase Bank has unequivocally confirmed that no such refund has been received. This independent verification further supports my assertion that the refund has not been successfully processed. Therefore, I implore you to immediately escalate this matter to your backend team. I require a definitive confirmation as to whether the refund has been officially processed or not. If the refund has indeed been processed, I demand concrete and verifiable proof of this transaction. This evidence must include, but not be limited to, the transaction reference number, the exact date and time of processing, and the method used for the refund. Without the provision of such irrefutable documentation demonstrating the successful completion of the refund, I will not accept any assertion that the refund has been finalized. At this point, I am extremely perplexed and frustrated by the ambiguity surrounding the status of my refund. I urgently request a comprehensive explanation regarding the whereabouts of this amount. I expect a prompt and detailed response outlining the steps being taken to resolve most importantly, the immediate investigation and provision of proof regarding my refund. I need an immediate update regarding the amount of my refund??? More importantly, it's completely unacceptable to treat customers this way by making them to wait a year for a refund!
