Still waiting for my refund ! Refused to take and returned as system can not be installed as per pelican tech verified ! Very bad return policy 🎈 You pay return shipping if pelican system can not be installed! Inefficient!🎈🎈 Need lot of improvement!🎈🎈🎈 Disappointed !🎈🎈🎈🎈 Communication via e mail with photos in system as proof ! 11/28/172.09 pacific California Time answer to your answer... Your customer rep who did billing , advised refund will come in 3 days ... Clear procedure need to applied. Return authorization number was given for if I do fedex manually by paying . To avoid extra payment he said tell fedex as they come drop to return back. That is how I followed. One clear communication needed. SoI will wait . Even micheal told me today they received package on 11/27/17 but e mail sent package not came back. Let me wait. I will think again to order another 2 systems which I talked about as RO system will not fit.
