Disgraceful service failure!
GoRentals have failed to refund me the NZ$3,000 insurance excess fee taken by them on 25th March 2024. This is despite the other driver and their insurance company acknowledging responsibility in writing. On 18th June 2024 GO Rentals Claims Manager advised me by email that he had passed the details on to their Accounts Team and “…will be sorted this week for you.” Refund has still not been received and they have ignored all communication from me since. How can a company behave like this and expect customer loyalty?
