We’ve been using Leep Utilities for a while, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. Customer support is responsive and helpful, although some issues may take a while to resolve. It would be great to see a mobile app in the future for more convenient access on the go.

Excellent service!

I ordered a BBQ and a couple of items from BBQ World through Dawson Department Store. Unfortunately, after just a couple of uses, the BBQ developed major paint peeling issues, which was determined to be a manufacturing fault. Despite this setback, Dawson's customer service was exceptional—they promptly replaced the BBQ without any hassle. Their quick responses to my inquiries were highly appreciated.
