DIDN'T FULFILL THE PROMOTIONAL OFFER
We were offered a monthly promotion: three months at half price for unlimited mobile data. Instead of paying £25 per month, we were meant to pay £12.50. I believe we bought it through Amazon. The SIM card arrived very quickly, which was great. For the first couple of weeks, the unlimited mobile data worked really well. However, during the second two weeks, the performance became really limited—speeds dropped noticeably, and it wasn’t reliable. When it came time to top up for the next month, we were suddenly told we had to pay full price. The website and account management were really complex and hard to use, which added to the frustration. When I called customer service, they said that we had changed the payment method on our side, which is why the promotion was no longer available. We had never changed the payment method, so that explanation didn’t make sense and felt unfair. Overall, we got two weeks of okay mobile data and two weeks of really bad mobile data, followed by billing issues. I wouldn't use them again.
