Took out a monthly sim contact
Took out a monthly sim contact, sim never arrived, cancelled straight away. Have now received a bill, all be it 87p but it’s the principle. I spoke to an ID agent who informed me “regardless of it the phone was not used and the service, once the contact starts the account is active” Which means I have been charged for a sim I didn’t receive but to them that doesn’t matter because you are billed from the moment you sign up. I was just about to quote the Consumer Rights act 2015 when agent ended chat. It’s so difficult to engage with Id Without your Id Phone number which I didn’t have. Very disappointing
