Ein Ebike beim Online Händler bestellt

Ein Ebike beim Online Händler bestellt. Laut Händler hieß es am Montag die Spedition wird sich telefonisch melden. Seitdem überhaupt keine Benachrichtigung vom Spediteur bekommen. Am Donnerstag stand der Fahrer vor meiner Tür und versuchte mich telefonisch auf der Arbeit zu erreichen. Die Übergabe fand somit nicht statt. Ich fuhr freiwillig hinter ihm her, und nahm mein Paket im Nachbarort ab. Eine sehr schlechte Logistikplannung.
