The support is terrible, they are only there and are not useful for anything else.
During the purchase, I got a warning saying "We couldn't receive the payment from your payment provider". I talked to the bank for 1 hour and the bank said there was no error and I even made a purchase with the bank representative for testing. But when I came back, I still couldn't make a purchase. After trying 5 or 6 times, I couldn't even go to the payment page of the product and started getting the warning "Unfortunately, you are unable to purchase a specific game in your cart." The support unit first said "I have investigated this and you should now be able to place your order." and the problem continued. The next employee also said he was investigating but didn't say what the problem was. Then I ran tests using VPN and it worked but this time the prices went up. Now I tried to enter normally and buy the Deluxe Edition and this time I was able to buy it... These jerks are selling products that are out of stock so we can't shop and support doesn't even tell us this.
