Fuming. I put in a specific date period (September to mid October) for you to find cancellations and you have completely disregarded this and booked at test for 18th Dec. The reason I put in specific dates is that we are moving a long distance away in October. We had a test booked for January in the new location but were trying to fast forward. Why allow the option to put in specific dates and then totally disregard? So thanks, you've lost us a test date which we had in January at the new location and now arranged something - yes 22 days sooner - but in a totally useless location 400 miles from where we will be living. Complete waste of money - and really worse than that. As I said, fuming.
