Not a good company
I purchased these shoes and received them early September 2023. I walk for 1 hour every day and 99% of the time walk on concrete paths. The shoes heels started to disintegrating within 8weeks. I contacted customer service and below is the reply. Do they think I would purchase from them again. NEVER!!!! These shoes cost me $126.00 aust. I should been given a full refund or replacement. I then put a descriptive feedback with 1star rating and photos. This feedback was taken down not to be found anywhere. Very suss don’t you think? Dear Customer, We hope this message finds you well.
