Honestly really poor experience
Honestly really poor experience. Food was supposed to arrive 30 min ago. Basically no way to tell where my driver is at and how long they will actually be until arrival. No remediation channel for orders placed directly with the vendor but fulfilled by Favor. I haven’t even tried Favor before but this experience has given me a pretty clear idea what it would be like — HORRIBLE!
