This Company has zero customer service and WILL NOT take any responsibility for problems that occur on their end. While we have had an EXCELLENT tutor on the many times our log in has been successful, we have decided to no longer continue with a company that takes no responsibility on the many technical issues encountered. Please do yourself a favour and read all reviews before deciding if Cluey is worth the hassle. Also this is the 2nd chance we have given to this company after so many problems the first time. We are now 100% done with Cluey.
