NCP car park Britannia shopping Hinckley
Parked at NCP car park Britannia shopping centre Hinckley did our shopping tapped in car reg and paid fee by contactless. Received a penalty notice demanding £60 paid in next 14 days or thereafter £100 Appealed it saying we paid what the machine said they claim we underpaid and therefore their penalty stands!! How could we have paid anymore the machine told us how much to pay and thats what we paid Very angry - we are pensioners and my husband is disabled its not as if we went off without paying!! AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! The response given to contact them is just to appear that they have some duty of customer care and want to resolve surprise surprise not heard from them!
