Smallwood for birthday surprises
I had a previous order and unfortunately it had issues in it BUT the company made sure communication was seamless and send a replacement right away. Now this time, it has to be a birthday present for my sister-in-law in Virginia. I really never thought about image requirements when I ordered a batch of frames that has been shipped already and then suddenly it hit me…the pictures could be blurry or really bad so I had to message them and right away they answered my “fears” and queries and even showed the finished products. Im glad I ordered again from this company, they never fail to deliver. My sister-in-law loves every single frames!
