I do not have wifi and not computer savvy. I thought I specified that I wanted it in hard copy form. I have no way to print forms. I probably forgot and just thought I requested. Just like when we reply to a text and never hit send and don't realize it until you see you never heard back. Lawd, well, thank you for your assistance. I would love this information sent via usps.
