Great first Experience in Sofia, Bulgaria with AutoUnion
Used AutoUnion for the first time in Sofia, Bulgaria for Christmas, where the staff where amazing. Very courteous, very pleasant, incredibly helpful. I picked-up from the airport and returned at the airport and it was quick and easy. When I was returning the car, there was unusually loads of traffic, there was a queue to get into the car park so we were panicking as we had 1.5hrs until our flight. I called the AutoUnion representative, who was incredibly helpful and suggested that they could come out and take the car from us while we were in the queue. Thankfully we were able to enter the car park on time and that wasn't required, but their efforts are incredibly appreciated! thank you guys!
