I have had a bad experience with Origin disconnecting a gas service in Port Douglas. We overpaid the account, and they refunded me after too many calls, but then they had the cheek to come after me again a year later for 88 dollars. This is a poorly run business.

We're getting a 50 percent increase to our business out of greed. Also, advertising rates in our suburb are 50 percent less than the actual rate for or residential. They do not deserve the business. C Ya !
