Fantastic service from Tom.
Today I had the privilege of meeting Tom Kellett via telephone. I made an online enquiry in regards to the online Makeup Artistry course and not too long afterwards I received a phone call from Tom. Tom was so pleasant to deal with and was not pushy in any way. He was extremely patient with me and was ready and willing to answer any questions I had. We shared a few laughs and by the end of the many phone calls, I was enrolled. It is difficult to come across great customer service nowadays and Tom definitely provided me with that rarity.
