John Sheppard rental
TBH not a great start with John Sheppard, the communication was distinctly lacking, problems we were told would be fixed before we moved in weren’t and it wasn’t until the threat of withholding rental money made them sit up and pay attention. We were not informed of the portal process for registering issues until I complained so was then duly emailed the link for it. There were 3 adults on the tenancy but we were only issued with a single front door key and told that it was our responsibility to get further keys cut but we must make sure we handed them in at the end of the rent. So not the most auspicious start! Then came along Lauren, she was incredibly helpful, any issues were raised and dealt with immediately, nothing was a problem and she dutifully kept is informed all the way. So our message to JS is to look to your brightest employees to see what customer service is, if we had dealt with Lauren from the start you would have got the full 5 stars.
