ECapital started out as an outstanding Factoring Company. We had no issues on funding or fees. We worked well with our Customer Care rep. Than, all of a sudden Customer Care Rep goes away and now dealing with Customer Care Support team members back to Customer Care Rep. Now comes the new fees for $35 per invoice with the original 3.15% that we are already being charged if the invoices aren't more than $1150 so thats basically charging 5.5-7% per invoice. Tried to terminate contract because we didn't and don't agree with additional fee cost but that is a non negoitable fee to them. They make changes to the contract to benefit them but is still sending me old contract that has original fee of 2.75% factoring fee showing. They have become a TRASH company for the smaller guy and will do anything to make their money off you. Can't wait to get away from them.
