Phoenix West unit 2009👎
We had a group of 8 adults staying in Phoenix West, room 2009, for 4 nights - May 15-19. The complex is very nice, the staff friendly & efficient. However, the unit itself was not up to the usual Brett Robinson standards. It had a large decorative clock sitting on the floor, the glass on the dining table was dirty & crumbs lodged in edges, coffee pot leaked, rubber mat under dishwasher not attached & always Slipped out. The main concern was the mattress in the 3rd & 4th bedrooms (the ones nearest the kitchen). The room my husband & I slept(nearest the kitchen) was absolutely like a water bed- slightest movement & the whole mattress moved, VERY uncomfortable And apparently past its replacement date. Over all, the condo was not inviting and decorating needs to be updated. We were disappointed. Considering the amount we paid for 4 nights, we expected a little more. BTW, we rented this unit several years ago and nothing had been changed or updated. Will not rent 2009 again.
