e most horrible experience with home box , I ordered TV unit dark brown , which was supposed to be delivered after 1 week of waiting period. Now they delivered wrong product. After asking them for the tv unit I ordered, the customer care have no clue. They keep apologizing without giving me a definite period of when it will get delivered. They don’t even have authority to check where the product is and when it will be delivered. Now they are not even returning my money and not sending the product. It feels helpless to have such pathetic customer service and big names like Landmark group which eats there customer money and don’t even bother to send the product or return there money back.
