Dissatisfied and disappointed
Booked a holiday that I leave for on Saturday and the agent has made a mistake! We had numerous emails back and fourth to make sure we had the rooms we wanted to stay in. The agent is now denying her mistake, even though we have email proof and I have a holiday booked that I didn’t want! That said, I also emailed them the quote I got on their page when booking and got them to book and they made it more expensive as they ‘couldn’t’ Get the rate that I saw online - on their website!!!!!! I agreed to paying the extra and they still haven’t managed to book the right room! Absolutely fuming and so disappointed that nearly £7k on a holiday that isn’t the correct holiday!!! And they could not care less
