It was my first time flying
It was my first time flying, the desk agent for Porter Airlines was fantastic. Funny, and super informative, helping me find my way to security and the correct gate. The terminal agents were very clear and informative as well as very respectful and welcoming. The plane, and seats even I'm economy were clean, comfy and spacious. The attendants were also very nice, the complimentaries were great, with multiple options to choose from. Overall I am very pleased with my experience. Thank you Alternate airlines/ Porter Airlines for the best first experience.
