Ridiculous (complaint resolved)
I have been with Fantasitc for a few years now. Their services is like hit and miss depending what people they sent to you. So far their own service is not bad as an agent. However today I was really furious about their service. Wasting my whole morning waiting for a 4.5 hours 8-12:30 open window and finally in the third call I made (waiting for 10 mins on the phone for them to find the gardener) and they told me they couldn’t make it now due to the weather condition. However the fact was, I was up the whole morning since 8am, the weather was dry and occasionally sunshine. This weather continued until 3pm ish. For the whole experience, they didn’t bother to call me back. No one from them called me to update despite promises to call back. Very disappointing. And most importantly, my half Saturday was ruined by them. Now I have escalated this to complaint and see what they will do. I will find and contact the director if they don’t solve this properly. Update: After the episode above, the complaint team contacted me and offered me compensation (which I requested for the very disappointing service). They did try their best to make sure me (their customer) would be satisfy with the outcome and update my review here. Hence I have updated the review to 3* as their customer service trying to make things right for a very frustrated and disappointed customer.
