Ghost auto-renewal (…and the app is not great)
Like many other complaints, the auto renewal is on by default, no reminders, no transparency (and with a 50% price increase). This is a really foolish way to do business - there’s an expression to “cut your nose to spite your face”… Here goes another customer to another platform (please save your time posting any reply to this, we’ve discussed enough via email already - the multiple reviews on the same matter suggest your time would be better spent reworking your customer retention/care policies instead)
