Bringing Delight Back to Property Management

I've been an HOA president for nearly three years now so I appreciate the significant difference between good management and poor management. That's why when a new opportunity arose, I did my homework and really researched management firms, and more importantly the people behind them. Doug is about a consummate as a professional as their is. He's incredibly knowledgeable with both residential and commercial rental laws and ordinances. He's got a strong track record of long-term rentals with incredibly high retention rates. All that and he's a really easy guy to talk to.
