Company management is really bad
Company management is really bad. They don't understand and prioritize the urgency of the issue which could affect the whole building. Management doesn't get involved and clients are not kept updated. You have to constantly call for updates and staff don't like picking up the phones, you end up leaving message with reception and you might get call back after few calls and after losing temper.. I do NOT recommend them
