Faulty tank, Customer service is useless
I purchased a Luxe S with included SKRR tank on march 24th. Upon receiving the unit i noticed the tank was leaking E-Juice all over the “brand new” MOD. I contacted customer support and spoke to someone named “Wendy Zhang” who asked me for video of the issue, pictures of my box, and proof of purchase which i provided... then I was “transferred to the engineer” which was just Wendy again but now she wanted to know, what kind of e juice, how often it leaked, and a whole collection of useless questions instead of admitting they sold me a faulty tank (which i sent them video proof of) I asked them if they could please fix the issue and they never responded. I had to spend an extra $40 on a usable tank, if you were my friend i’d tell you to stay far away from this company...
