Still brilliant despite mistakes
The only reason it’s not 5* is because of an issue that has repeated, however the service I have received regarding Anglian water billing me for someone else’s water meter twice, has been fantastic. The first time they did it was 2016, they were billing me for someone else’s reading and realised it was wrong and then gave me a bill of nearly £2000 for one person in a one person flat. They then wiped that clear, gave me a month for free and corrected the water amount. This time I have got Anglian water out due to high consumption - wanting £52 pounds for a single person again which wasn’t correct. Employee came in, figured out the issue immediately, stayed an hour longer than he was supposed to as I had to call out my housing association to get into my water meter cupboard to check my readings -to then find out they were charging me off my neighbours water reading again so he has updated Anglian water of this information but I know that Anglian water will be fair and sort it out like the first time. All in all- despite the mistakes, I’m very happy with Anglian water as my company of choice. An addition to that is everyone I ever speak to on the phone at Anglian water always has a polite manner with quick service.
