I am a regular user of NCP packing.
I am a regular user of NCP packing. One day I had an appointment and I went inside the NCP car park and tried to pay using my registered card on the NCP app and unfortunately it was unsuccessful. I tried the next card and again never went through and I tried it few times. I then had the third card and again I tried 3 times and that didn't go through either. I was getting late for my appointment as I don't like any other parking by other companies and I tried to contact the support team and I couldn't get through. I was now getting too late for my appointment in a nearby law firm, I drove off as I couldn't pay due to the error message on the APP and unfortunately a fine came after few weeks. I appealed by explaining my above mentioned circumstances and I stated im a regular user of NCP and the customer service at the appeal department cancelled my fine due to my circumstances and their good wills gesture. I highly recommend NCP and now I always make sure my card is valid before entering the NCP parking . Many thanks
