Misleading Unsupportive Company
I am writing regarding the handling of my recent support case with Payplan. I initially reached out for assistance under difficult personal circumstances, including serious mental health challenges, and I was assured by their team that help was available. In fact, I was told and I quote by Georgia Burgess - “be rest assured we have a solution for everyone and we can certainly help! :)” This message gave me hope and led me to believe that Payplan genuinely had the means and willingness to support me. However, after three days of communication, I have now been told that Payplan cannot assist and that I must instead contact my creditors directly. This was something I had already tried and been unsuccessful with; which is why I turned to Payplan in the first place. This misleading reassurance has now resulted in a complete waste of my time, energy, and emotional resources. Despite explaining my mental health situation clearly from the beginning, I feel this was entirely disregarded. The handling of this case has significantly increased my stress and anxiety, leaving me worse off than when I initially reached out. I feel completely unsupported, misled, and dismissed by a company I trusted to help me in a moment of real vulnerability. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this experience.
