Shady company
Company was holding my package due to a "glitch" with addresses (that didn't actually exist) and they didn't even inform me there was a problem. My card was charged and everything. Had I not investigated, they would have never told me of the problem. Once I got my package I discovered an item had been cancelled from shipping. When I called they said they didn't have any in stock to send. Again, no notice of that problem, either. I am supposedly going to get a refund for that item, but I have a strong feeling I'll be calling them about that, too. Awful experience.
