Please stay away from Travelocity. The hotel that I have booked was dirty and with no WiFi. The room was with spiders. Nobody cleaned it. I called Travelocity to cancel the room and get refund. First I spoke with there representative from Philippines. It wasn't easy communication but I was told that I'll get my refund. An hour later I receive a call from the Travelocity management and was told that they cannot refund the money back. Travelocity do not check their partners and service that is provided. Travelocity do not help you in case of their or their partners fault. Travelocity book and get your money very fast. Travelocity did not refund me like they told me first.
