Mattress issue and unprofessional customer service
I purchased a mattress from Home Box two months ago, after being convinced it was their best, most comfortable, and priciest option. Unfortunately, the mattress has not lived up to our expectations. My pregnant wife and I have been experiencing back pain since using it. We reached out to customer service, hoping to resolve the issue under warranty, but our experience with them has been disappointing. They've been unprofessional and refused to assist us with a replacement. It's a frustrating situation, and I hope the store can improve its customer service and product quality in the future
