Zum wiederholten Mal habe ich nun das Problem , das Steinbach die Auswahl versandoption DHL angibt . Diese habe ich gewählt , mit der Auswahl - Versand an Packstation. Was macht die Fa. Steinbach - sie versendet mit DPD . Das Problem , nachdem ich auch nach fast 2 Wochen mein Paket immer noch nicht habe - man kann Steinbach telefonisch nicht erreichen. Per Chat allerdings auch nicht , da dieser scheinbar nur für Händler ist . Nachdem ich weder die Ware noch mein Geld habe ( per Paypal bezahlt) werde ich mir nun einen Anwalt nehmen
