A very disappointing experience
A very disappointing experience. Won’t ever use lube mobile again after today. Used your company for the convenience of a home service. Booked job no problem. At no stage during the booking of the job was the terms of payment requirements mentioned. The issue started when a phone call half an hour before the job demanding payment once job was completed even though we had arranged the job to be done while we were working. we had used this company before and have always paid. Matthew continued to harass me on the phone demanding immediate payment or he wound take the car without our permission to a holding yard. He repeatedly indicated that he would not leave our house until we arrived with payment. We asked for the invoice to be emailed he said we don’t work like that. Extremely poor customer service and have since found out the job was overpriced. We are feeling very ripped off and were harassed repeatedly on the phone for payment. Will never use this company again. Shane
