I had not realised at the time of ordering that there was a third party involved but thought the online order was going direct to the restaurant. Due to one of our choices not being available the very helpful staff from Takeaway.com phoned to inform me and asked me to choose an alternative item and refunded the difference immediately. I had to return the phone call when our delivery had not arrived after a very long wait and was then contacted with an update. The excuse from the restaurant when our order eventually arrived was they had been given the wrong address they than asked for payment and did not believe the order had been paid for online when ordered. I hope that takeaway.com will read the reviews regarding the restaurants they provide there service to as the take away was put in the bin and we will not be ordering from them again. A great shame as the takeaway.com service I would give ten out of ten.
