Great Casino, Frustrating KYC Process…
I am a regular online social casino user, but I am new to Gold Machine. I was able to sign up and make my first purchase with no issues, but I wanted to give others a heads up as far as their KYC verification process. I have done this at least 15 other times with other platforms without issues and it’s instant; or maybe up to 5 a minute wait. If the photos are blurred or any issues with the documents or liveness tests, the AI usually won’t allow you to continue until you fix the issue. I’m assuming the KYC version they’re using does not have the AI assistance because It’s been 18 hours so far and I have yet to be approved. I did reach out to customer service and they were prompt and kind, asking me to give it up to 24 hours- which I will. But this experience is a bit frustrating, especially since I actually won a little something (Haha!) so I wanted to give others a little transparency. Happy spinning, people! Update- I was just verified literally 5 minutes after this review.
