Bad Customer Service
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Pentatonix shirt through their online site as a birthday gift. It stated it would take 9-13 business days to ship and that I would receive a shipping notification the day it was shipped. After 14 days still no shipping confirmation email. I emailed customer service and was told that it was on back order and could take between 1-4 weeks if not more to be filled. She then told me that I could cancel my order if I chose not to wait. So I emailed them again the next day stating that I wanted to cancel my order. The response I got this time says that I cannot cancel my order because they had already taken the money from my account. It's been one week since the email and nothing has changed. Contradicting customer service reps and still no results. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this company nor will I ever buy from them again.
