Made an appointment no one turned up!
Made an appointment with this company after receiving a referral. They were quick to offer a 10 a.m. appointment the very next day (today), which seemed prompt and responsive. However, 10 a.m. comes and goes, and no one shows up. After calling at 10:20 a.m., I was told they couldn't get in touch with the surveyor. Shortly after, I received a call explaining that the surveyor had car trouble and needed to reschedule. While I understand issues happen, I’m disappointed that we had to chase for an update instead of being notified proactively. We had rearranged our schedules to accommodate the surveyor, and it would’ve been appreciated if either the company or the surveyor had communicated the issue earlier. Poor communication is the real issue here. If this is how things are handled before a quote, I can only imagine what the service would be like once a job is actually given. First impressions are lasting, and this was not a great start.
