Moved to Heart
Moved away from a Heart reseller and while it wasnt the easiest of moves, not helped by the re-seller linking a number of domains together meaning I couldnt get to their individual DNS control panels to update things Heart helped me reclaim my domains and move them to their site. Generally I found their support to be very good, busy, but on the whole good. The chat feature didnt always resolve the problem instantly but let them take their time and they will be back in touch as I have found. Had a few glitches with the DNS at the Heart end but that was possibly my own doing. Generally a decent experence and far better than the radio silience that the other host gave. Thanks has to go to Adrian C, Andrie M, Monica G for their patience as I'm not a Web master at these things and learnt a lot about domains and hosting along the way, something you tend not to get involved with generally.
