My husband and I would give a zero to…
My husband and I would give a zero to the princess cruise line if we could. We booked a 15 day cruise last December and it ported out of Los Angeles. My husband talked to two different people affiliated with the cruise line to make sure we had everything we needed. The people told my husband we didn't need our passport because the ship ported in Los Angeles. It was a Hawaiian trip that stopped in Mexico last. When we got to cruise ship we were told we needed our passport or birth certificate to board. So we were denied. Now we can't get our money back or credit towards another cruise. That would of been our first trip and it was our retirement trip. Totally disgusting that we can't even get a trip out of this! Over $3,000 later. Hope they enjoy our money:(
