Ignored communication and dishonoured compensation offer
I have bought two expensive bikes here in the last 3 years, both arrived with damage but quickly rectified. Saddle scuffed on first bike, new one provided, multiple scratches on my eMTB and also a program error which needed the motor changing! Had it taken care of at a local dealer but R&R settled the bill promptly. For the scratches I was offered compensation of £200 to spend with them. Ordered some knee pads but too small so returned them, money not credited back to my account and despite several attempts to Matt directly (owner) to respond to me and honour the compensation, all recent communication has been ignored. Left a really bitter taste and I would never use these again although I have spent in excess of £7k with them, I’ll just draw a line under this experience. Such a shame as amiable on the telephone but this type of response won’t bode well for returning custom.
