Level 4 and Level 5 Future Fit Nutrition Course
In October 2024, I started the combined Future Fit Level 4 RSPH Advanced Nutrition course and Level 5 Nutrient Metabolism and Nutrition and Immunity course. In August 2025, I successfully completed and passed the entire course. The online course material was well presented and graduated the increasing complexity in a sensical way. The course substance is equivalent to 2nd Year of University. Course Tutor - Laura Gandon - not only presented and structured the workshops but also marked the assessments. Her meticulous attention to detail, ability to break complex and technical subject matter down to a level that is understood by all and guidance as to how to embellish the quality of the assessment responses following initial submissions was key to success and really allowed me to put my knowledge into practice. Laura is always positive, flexible and professional as well as being a subject matter expert. She is an asset to the Future Fit team. Thank you. - Denis
