Unprofessional poorly trained agents
Extremely poor experience with an unprofessional agent from Marsh & Parsons. Turned up at the viewing with the wrong keys, knew nothing about the flat or any of the requested information. Even claimed the balcony was South-facing when it was North-facing. After the viewing they then proceeded to take a week to respond that they still didn't have the information and that the flat was now under exclusive offer. Total waste of time and won't be using this agency again.
