Using the website is painful if booked…
Using the website is painful if booked through another operator. Paid to reserve a seat ahead of time, when checked in online received a boarding pass (which was of no relevance) but when checked in at airport was allocated a different seat. Staff not interested and blamed tour operators, even though checked in on Sun Express website. Seats were small with no legroom to the point I could not get my knees in and no seat pockets. Food offering disappointing and the crew looked uninterested and weren’t friendly. Never heard a word from the Captain.
