Not shoes but service rep was great
Pairs of shoes that i ordered weren't fit for me unfortunately, and there were some mistaken for delivered items... nevertheless the customer service experience was great , Ashley the one who assassinated me back and forth via email, she was wonderful service representative, friendly professional mannered, quick responses. Shoes wise the products are great I believe, yet weren't meant to me
